Follow along with an iceberg as it traverses through Sermilik Fjord in southeast Greenland. The camera was placed on a GPS unit on this large iceberg and took pictures every 5 minutes for about a week in summer 2019. This iceberg was called Lavelle, in celebration of Rose Lavelle and the US Women's soccer team!

Field work near LeConte Glacier in May 2017, with colleagues from OSU, UW, and UTIG. Footage taken via drone and cameras. Research vessel was the MV Steller. The project was partially supported by the National Science Foundation.
Field work in Sermilik Fjord, southeast Greenland, in summer 2011. We were onboard the Viking Mads Alex, doing hydrography, ADCP, and mooring work, as well as some helicopter based surveys. This was work the summer before I started at UOregon with colleagues from WHOI.

Playing soccer in the cargo hold of the RRS James Clark Ross during a research cruise to the Irminger Sea in summer 2004. An intense game, including Kjetil Vage and Bob Pickart. The cruise was successful too.
